Méli-Mélo is a field blend of 6-7 native grapes - everything they harvested in 2022 from parcels with varying terroirs

The gamay grapes are Macerated for 5 days to extract fruit and colour whilst the others underwent direct press

It undergoes skin maceration for two weeks and elevage for 6 months in old oak barrels

with refreshing and fruity notes taking centre stage
