Nose: A very different nose for a lowland, some sweet smoke and soft oak shavings, hints of lemon citrus and cream, orchard fruits with a touch of spiced apple. Palate: A more forward taste on the palate of smoke and dark fruits, barbeque embers and a smouldering undertone throughout, with a hint of fruits and vanilla pushing across the mid palate before we get back to a long, sweet smoke, hints of white
