Constructed of black wool, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered red orange, white, and blue Dutch national emblem, unmarked, measuring 52 mm (w) x 65 mm (h), demonstrating moderate soiling throughout in addition to minor material fatigue, in uniform removed and very fine condition.
